Man Up ("we", "us", "our") sells herbal wellness products for men, including Second Round, to customers across Pakistan. When we talk about "you", we mean anyone who visits our website, contacts us or places an order.

- Your email address, if you share it with us
- The products you order and your order history
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by email or through our contact form

- The pages you visit on our website and how you arrived here, for example from a Facebook ad

We do not ask for, and do not store, your bank card details. Orders are paid with Cash on Delivery.

- To answer your questions and handle returns or refunds

- To send you offers, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can ask us to stop at any time.

- Courier companies, who need your name, phone number and address to deliver your parcel

Our products are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has shared their details with us, please contact us and we will delete them.
